Hotel complex already open: The Courtyard by Marriott Indianapolis Downtown, Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Indianapolis Downtown, SpringHill Suites by Marriott Indianapolis Downtown, and the T.G.I. Friday’s restaurant opened in February.
