1. I have 10 million friends that would like to ride with me. Can I bring them?

• Typically people bring between 5-9 friends along for the ride. We don’t have a vehicle that holds 1 million people…yet.

2. I want to use this for an upcoming flight. Can I use this for the airport?

• Yes, of course! Also, we would jump at the chance to serve you on the return flight.

3. All of the dates I want are blacked out. No fair.

• Five Star Transportation has been completely booked for Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, Valentine’s Day & St. Patrick’s Day for some time. We apologize for the inconvenience, but hope instead you extend your holiday and share your time with Five Star Transportation!

4. I have 1 hour already purchased through Groupon, but I need 4 hours total. Can my bachelor/bachelorette/golf-outting/bar crawl/party get the 1st hour for $45 and book the rest at the normal rate?

• Absolutely. We do ask that you consider the full retail price when calculating the gratuity for your driver. You do the math for the 1st hour, we’ll do it for the rest.

 5. Do I need to print and bring the Groupon with me?

• We do ask that you provide the Groupon to your driver. If your deep desire to protect Mother Earth precludes you from printing emails, you can always forward the Groupon to reservations@5starindy.com.

6. I want to book additional hours but there is no need for a driver to sit and wait while I’m eating dinner at Mo’s Steakhouse. Can the hours be split?

• Absolutely. A great way to save money is to request 2, one-way transfers: to and from your favorite restaurant.

7. Is tip included?

• Gratuity is not included in the Groupon promotion. Drivers typically receive 20% of the gross receipt.
